INDUSTRY SANDARD CLEANING PROCEDURE

1. We Supervac your carpets prior to cleaning, removing sand, heavy soil, hair and lint - Failure to do this means that mud is made when adding water to your carpet
2. All stains are pre-treated as necessary to avoid setting permanently
3. Dependent upon type of soiling, a strong cleaning agent is applied to the carpet to break down the dirt
4. Agitation or soft scrubbing machine may be used to work the cleaner into the fibres
5. The carpet can now be 'steam-cleaned' removing the loosened dirt, along with all the cleaning chemical
6. Anti-stain tabs are installed under furniture to prevent marking
7. A blower or air mover can be utilised if faster drying is required
8. A final inspection is carried out to ensure the job is to your satisfaction
